Premier:
This is the classic programming package, with weekly 100% custom programs, designed specifically for YOU, and access to calls as needed. WhatsApp is used for daily communication.
Premier Instruction:
Weekly 1hr educational calls and guided self-coaching, teaching you how to coach for any kind of hybrid goal you want. You or a sample client will be the guinea pig, we discuss and work together to create the workouts/program. If you want to learn the HOW of hybrid programming as you work through case studies, this is the way to go.
Executive:
Programming, nutrition, and weekly calls with 24hr turnaround on response times in WhatsApp. This is a full health partnership as well, with full interaction with/engagement with your health team. This program includes cognitive training/mental focus work, overall health and longevity assessments and action plans, supplement recommendations/protocol analysis, and research reviews specifically for you, the client. Reserved for the most committed individuals who want to hand over the reins and get the best results possible. Requires a 3 month minimum commitment, only open to one or two individuals at a time.
Coach With Me:
2 months of intensive instruction on coaching hybrid athletes. A fully personalized "Hybrid Master Course," utilizing 2 hrs of instruction per week.
